Nothing is too much trouble at Katerina Babis Studios. the location is magnificent and unbeatable in a lovely area. - It is within walking distance to a bakery and a supermarket. - There is a nice pool and on-site parking available.

The location of the property was marvellous and stunning, close to Agios Prokopios beach. the staff were the best and made the experience here very enjoyable.

the location was amazing and excellent, short walk to the shops and restaurants of the main road through the town, great beach, and local restaurants, supermarkets. we went to barbounis, located within short walking distance to the hotel, to have some dinner.

Simple rooms that won't break the bank come with a little kitchen and four comfy beds. the staff here are helpful and attentive 👍.

There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Agios Prokopios has to offer. a quiet and relaxing place for a great night's sleep. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 👌.

The Perfect Location: Just steps away from the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios, this hotel is like a beach lover's paradise. You can practically roll out of bed and onto the sand. It's like having your own private beach right outside your doorstep.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just steps away from the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach. It is also conveniently close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms are spacious and were cleaned daily, providing a comfortable stay.

The outdated television quickly secured with an old strap is not very reassuring and may cause discomfort during the night.

the property may be old and in need of renovation, but it had everything we needed. the pool was amazing, and the location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. the staff, especially Mariana, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and convenient. the air conditioning worked great, and our towels and sheets were changed daily. the Wi-Fi, although the router was old, was surprisingly fast once we swapped it out with our own. the bathroom was small but functional, with a good flushing toilet and hot shower with good water pressure. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Katerina Babis Studios for its incredible value and convenient location. Great location just steps away from the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios. The outdoor pool surrounded by sunbeds was a delightful spot to relax and soak up the sun. The studios and apartments were well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and cooking hobs for the preparation of light meals. The convenience of having a TV, iron, and a private bathroom with shower in every unit was much appreciated. Enjoyed various activities in the surroundings, including snorkeling and diving. Restaurants, café-bars, and shops were conveniently located within a short walking distance from the hotel. The bar/lounge and seasonal outdoor pool with a children's pool were excellent amenities to have. The furnished balconies provided a nice space to enjoy the surrounding views. Air-conditioning was available in the apartment, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One minor issue was that one of the rooms had a half-wall in the bathroom, which allowed for sound transfer and inconvenience for both rooms.
